Product Manager Lubricants (f/m/x)
- Develop and execute product strategies to meet business objectives
- Identify potential new products and suppliers
- Coordinate purchasing activities on behalf of the group, including negotiating contracts and terms
- Actively participate in industry events (exhibitions and conferences)
- Monitor and analyze market opportunities and competitor activities
- Global Key Account Management
- Ensure that products comply with regulatory requirements in collaboration with the regulatory team
- Several years of professional experience in the chemical industry
- An entrepreneurial and results-oriented approach with a solution-focused mindset
- Strong international negotiation skills and a determined "close the deal" attitude
- Excellent intercultural communication skills, adaptable to all organizational levels
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent written and spoken English, along with good MS Office user skills
- Strong team player and collaborator
