- You design and implement a comprehensive data operations framework, ensuring alignment with organizational and best practices
- You develop and oversee processes for proactive problem management and efficient incident management
- You provide guidance and support to other teams to ensure consistent and effective operational practices
- You work closely with stakeholders to establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), create operational reports, and implement monitoring and performance management strategies
- You work with the state of the art tools and methodologies such as DataOps, DevOps and Scrum, continuously expanding and sharing your knowledge with your colleagues
- You have a strong technical background with proficiency in operations, service management and IT infrastructure; your analytical skills enable you to develop efficient processes and standards
- You possess solid project management experience, capable of coordinating multiple tasks and teams
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to consult and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- You have experience in designing and implementing governance frameworks, leading teams to adhere to organizational standards and regulatory requirementsour strong decision-making skills enable you to drive initiatives forward successfully
- You have extensive experience with the operational aspects of cloud-based solutions, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
