Are you ready to take on a strategic leadership role in shaping our company's Total Rewards programs? As the Group Director (f/m/d) of Total Rewards, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with our business goals. In this role, you will lead the strategic direction for our rewards initiatives, ensuring they are not only fair and competitive but also compliant with regulations and aligned with our performance objectives. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, provide executive-level support to the CHRO, and play a vital role in driving data-driven compensation strategies for key talent segments.

If you bring over 8 years of experience in Total Rewards, strong leadership in managing transformational projects, and a keen understanding of how business strategies impact rewards programs, this is an exciting opportunity for you to make a lasting impact on our organization.


  • You lead the Group HR Team "People Advisory Service" and develop strategic approaches for comprehensive Total Rewards programs.
  • You design and implement fair and attractive compensation and benefits programs that align with our business strategy.
  • You provide strategic direction for the communication and administration of our compensation programs, ensuring they are compliant and effective.
  • You continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our rewards strategies and People Advisory Services to ensure alignment with our business and talent objectives.
  • You foster collaboration with key stakeholders and teams to ensure smooth integration of Total Rewards initiatives across the organization.
  • You support the CHRO with ad-hoc reports, deliver executive-level presentations, and collaborate closely with the Workday and Talent Acquisition teams to drive data-driven, tailored compensation strategies.

  • You have 8+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, including designing job architectures, compensation structures, and benefits programs.
  • You bring leadership experience in managing transformation processes and stakeholder relationships to successfully implement Total Rewards strategies.
  • You have the ability to execute strategies effectively at both Group and Divisional levels.
  • You excel at prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives, delivering results within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess deep business acumen and understand how business strategies impact Total Rewards.
  • You are able to make strategic decisions that create long-term positive impact for the organization.
