Currently, we are looking for a Specialist Controlling (Methods, Processes & Systems) with main focus on Finance Digital Transformation Projects, joining us earliest 01/01/2025. Your tasks will include to:
/ Represent TRATON Group Controlling in digital transformation of Finance IT landscape (implementation of new group-wide integrated consolidation tool / BI solutions)
/ Transform business requirements into technical concepts, act as interface between business and IT during technical implementation and operation
/ Take over responsibility as General Project Manager for digital transformation projects
/ Manage and control user acceptance testing and bugfixing process, initiate the necessary change requests
/ Steer internal and external IT resources, control the project rollout (Controlling working packages) in terms of costs, time and quality
/ Rollout the technical implementation with both brands and Holding entities, implement a sustainable and efficient operational support as well as a global training concept
/ Master Degree in Business & Finance; or Business Informatics
/ Solid know-how of financial and non-financial KPIs in a controlling context
/ Solid know-how of regulatory needs for external reporting as IFRS, DRS and HGB
/ Professional experience within IT project management, preferred for Oracle database and/or data warehouse technologies
/ Proofed SAP ERP /SAP BW skills, preferably with an IT transformation project
/ Enjoy working in a diverse, dynamic and international team with flexible tasks and tight timelines
/ Fluency in German and English
