  • Serve as the owner and subject matter expert for transport business processes within LIXIL
  • Continuously evaluate and analyze current logistics processes to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and automation
  • Develop, document, and implement process changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Design and realization of standardized processes in the area of transport management in the context of the global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA at LIXIL
  • Collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., IT, finance, operations, etc.) as well as external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of processes
  • Conception and implementation of a transportation management system with focus on optimization, standardization and digitalization of logistics processes
  • Lead or support process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and deliver ongoing training programs to ensure stakeholders understand and adhere to new or updated processes
  • Ensure that business processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices and conduct regular audits

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in transport logistics, ideally in an international environment, ideally as a Business Process Owner
  • Knowledge of SAP and Transport Management Systems
  • Experience in the implementation of international transport projects
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to recognize challenges and develop creative, entrepreneurial solutions
  • Comprehensive understanding of business processes in the logistics sector and translate these into technical, data-driven and automatable solutions
  • Enjoy communicating with a diverse group of stakeholders and individuals
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and a high level of initiative
