What you can expect in this role
- Shape the Brand's Look & Feel: You'll play a key role in building and refining our brand's visual identity, ensuring everything we create feels fresh, modern, and distinctly marktguru
- Design for Real Impact: You'll work across digital campaigns, social media, print, and more. Your role will shape each project from start to finish, embedding storytelling into cohesive visuals that leave a lasting impression across platforms
- Brand Guardian: Ensure that our visuals feel connected and consistently represent our brand values across all touchpoints, from ad campaigns to product launches and beyond
- Collaborate & Create: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product, and content teams. You'll be part of a highly collaborative environment where ideas are openly shared, and everyone's input is valued
- Support UI/UX Design: Support our UI/UX team in crafting thoughtful and engaging user interfaces by contributing to layouts and components, as well as intuitive wireframes, mockups, and user flows
- Bring Motion to Life (is a Plus): You'll have the opportunity to apply motion design and animation across various media, adding dynamic elements that enhance both the visual appeal and overall engagement of our brand
- Creative Visionary: You have a natural talent for bringing ideas to life, turning them into designs that draw people in and keep them engaged
- Experienced Designer: With multiple years of graphic design experience, you've built a portfolio that showcases your ability to work across different mediums (and if you've got UI/UX projects, we'd love to see them!)
- Collaborative and Curious: You love brainstorming, sharing feedback, and exploring new ideas with a team that's just as passionate as you are
- Proficient with Design Tools: You're comfortable working with common design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), and if you've got skills in Figma, Canva or Webflow, even better
- Bilingual: Fluent in both German and English, you're able to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders seamlessly

The salary for this position ranges from €36,000 to €60,000 gross annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
