Finance & Administration Responsible

Join Brav Germany as the Financial and Administrative Responsible and become the key driver of seamless operations across our brands!


Finance:

  • Assist with daily accounting operations: cost control, accounts receivable, payroll, and utilities.
  • Handle invoicing, employee expenses, and communicate with customers regarding accounts receivable.
  • Support annual audits, tax, and statutory filings.

Administration Management:

  • Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and coordinate office operations.
  • Manage facility contracts and office logistics, including insurance and company car fleet.
  • Handle daily office tasks such as maintaining office supplies, and vendor relations.

HR Operations & Payroll:

  • Collaborate with the local payroll function and report to government agencies.
  • Support leaders and employees with payroll and administrative queries.
  • Support wholesale with following up on agent agreements, including payment of agent fees.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and data protection activities for Brav GmbH.
  • Organize social events and foster a positive work environment.

Customer Service Support:

  • Assist the customer service team with order processing and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other departments to improve B2B processes and increase digital tool usage.

  • Minimum 3 years academic degree (bachelor or similar), preferably within finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years work experience within accounting or similar.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both verbally and written.
  • Good knowledge of digital productivity tools including Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics.
