We are looking for a Controller for Outokumpu EvoCarbon. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our controlling processes and ensuring financially sound operations. You will gain hands-on experience in establishing finance and business processes for our new biocoke pelletizing plant located in Tornio, Finland, and after plant commissioning you will manage the operations controlling activities of the plant. You will also contribute to Outokumpu EvoCarbon's strategy by providing profitability analyses and financial expertise related to new potential investments in biocarbon and carbon capture & utilization/storage.


  • Be a finance business partner to Outokumpu EvoCarbon operations.
  • Plan and implement finance and business processes for the new plant.
  • Engage in annual planning & performance management.
  • Conduct financial feasibility analyses for product development and investments.
  • Manage other finance and controlling activities for Outokumpu EvoCarbon.

  • A university degree or professional qualification in Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
  • Relevant experience in business and/or financial controlling.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • A development-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.
