- Assist in creating and updating training materials and presentations
- Support in identifying and analyzing training needs across various departments
- Participate in projects aimed at further developing our talent Management processes
- Maintain and develop our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Assist with administrative tasks in the Talent Development department
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in Talent Development, employee development, and HR Management
- Initial practical experience through internships or working student positions is an advantage
- High level of organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Proactive and independent working style
