Our Business Design team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
- Front to End business process design, improvement, and business analysis skills
- Independent engagement with stakeholders to understand requirements, dependencies and facilitate decision making
- Proven track record of driving business analysis and business process (re)design activities for transformation programs
- Ability to visualise the big picture and creating high and medium level process landscape views for an organisation
- Understanding of Front2End process views, Target operating models, Capability models, and interactions between them
- Contribution in a central community to continuously improve methodology, framework and governance topics. Support for the Automation Centre of Excellence, Process Management CoE and Process Mining CoE's
- Experience (ideally 3+ years) with process design, analysis and improvement and change management
- A creative mindset with experience in designing cross departmental business processes and BPM techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: chairing meetings, facilitating workshops, presenting to management, and building personal networks
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to translate the outcome into a proiritized roadmap and management level overviews
- Strong drive to learn new topics and skills
- Enjoys working independently and as part of a diverse team to be the driving force behind change
- Experience in the energy industry (e.g. wholesale, trading, dispatching, asset) and/or a good internal network within Uniper
- Experience and ideally formal education in business (change) management, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Economics or similar
- Ability to organise own work and structure larger work packages
- Experience using standard MS Office, Power Platform tools and handling data sets
- Knowledge of Operational Excellence is a plus
- Fluent in English and preferably also German
