You will be part of the Sales and Business Development Organization at Agile Robots AG (Germany). If you are passionate about automation and robotics, have a knack for managing large key accounts, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our automation solutions.

As a Key Account Manager, you will develop and manage strategic accounts within our customer base. Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth through effective account management, project management and relationship building.

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining strategic long-term relationships with high-volume clients
  • Implement, and monitor key account strategies, plans, and processes to ensure profitable growth
  • Serving as a contact point for key customers and internal teams
  • Establish criteria to identify and evaluate potential key accounts in the industry
  • Lead projects to develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align key account activities with broader business objectives.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships


  • You are fluent in English and German
  • Previous experience in Key Account Management/ Sales
  • Background in the automotive industry or Automation machinery industry
  • Independent, thorough, and team-oriented describes your daily work
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with accounts and attend industry events
