  • This function offers you the chance to work on one of ZEISS' largest key group programs (FIT4) that aims to drive harmonization and standardization of processes and structures that define the way how ZEISS will work for years to come

  • ​​Furthermore, it is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to transition into ZEISS, get to know the company from an instrumental position, while leaving already their individual markYour tasks include the support of the Head of Business Process Excellence with the coordination, steering and administration of this global key group program, including support on presentations, status-updates and workshop preparations

  • You will act as a liaison between the Program Management, PMOs in international hubs, the various workstreams as well as external consulting providers that support the program

  • You own your stake to drive the further development of the program PMO processes, methods and standards and will have the freedom to also contribute or drive program-related projects


  • University degree in business administration or similar

  • Knowledge of project management standards and methods in an international set-up

  • Demonstratable confidence levels to engage with project managers and more senior stakeholders within the organization

  • Ability to deal with complexity in a dynamic environment

  • High motivation to proactively own and drive tasks paired with excellent teaming and communication skills also when working under pressure

  • A background in strategy consulting is a plus

  • Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills and preferably Jira

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
