Apply now!As a Biodiversity Expert, you will play a crucial role in assessing and managing Nordex's biodiversity impact. You will develop and implement biodiversity reporting in line with the requirements of the Taskforce for Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD). Acting as an interface for various functions, you will drive and coordinate biodiversity-related activities across the company. This position is part of the global sustainability team based at our headquarters in Hamburg.
- Assess and manage Nordex' biodiversity impact
- Develop and implement biodiversity reporting according to TNFD requirements
- Act as an interface for affected functions (mainly Sales, Project Management, Operations)
- Drive and coordinate biodiversity-related activities across the company
- Monitor future regulatory developments and assess their impact on Nordex
- Relevant degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related field
- Proven experience in biodiversity management and reporting
- Familiarity with ESG management, relevant biodiversity regulations, and TNFD requirements
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- English proficiency is a must; German and Spanish are assets
