As Head of (m/w/d) Lease Accounting Integration at KION, you will become part of an unbeatable team. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders to design and globally implement innovative end-to-end processes for lease accounting, playing a crucial role in groundbreaking projects. - You play a key role in shaping the leasing accounting and reporting processes, working closely with colleagues from the Lease Accounting & Reporting team, while developing, maintaining, and optimizing an end-to-end process model and overseeing its implementation
- As a process expert, you support global projects and initiatives by evaluating the impact of process changes and advocating for standardized, strategic processes that align with the company's overall strategy
- You lead a team of specialists, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and with clear direction
- In close collaboration with stakeholders, you develop and discuss solutions and ideas, particularly focusing on their implementation in SAP S/4 HANA, applying and further developing your solid SAP knowledge
- Together with the Process Managers, you coordinate all aspects of solution development and operations, ensuring that all processes comply with applicable ICS and governance requirements
- As the central point of contact for all topics related to the integration of lease accounting, you maintain close communication with internal stakeholders and our Business Transformation Initiative
- You have a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in finance and/or project management
- You have in-depth knowledge of IFRS and lease accounting for lessors
- SAP is your strong suit: you are proficient in the SAP FI/CO modules and understand how they interact with other SAP modules
- Communication is one of your strengths – you are fluent in written and spoken English, and German skills are a plus
- Analytical and organizational thinking is among your strengths, and you remain calm and focused even in stressful situations
- You enjoy working with people and possess intercultural sensitivity
- You love questioning the status quo and bring fresh ideas to the table
