- During your internship, you will assist in maintaining and improving the QMS and processes in grow docupedia, evaluating and optimising them from structure to realisation.
- You will work with start-ups to collect data, evaluate relevant legal and standard requirements of each start-up, and independently integrate legal requirements into ProCodex.
- You will identify and evaluate suitable good practices for understanding our processes and ProCodex tools application.
- Last but not least, you will be responsible for admin task as assigned in ad-hoc cases.
- Education: Master studies in the field of Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering System or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: proficient in computer science and information technologies background, competent handling of MS Office (e.g., PowerBI) and Web Based Tools, experience with quality management system and processes
- Personality and Working Practice: self-motivated, eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions
- Enthusiasm: interest in how to improve existing processes documents
- Languages: You are business fluent in German and English
