Your Tasks

  • As a (Senior) Regional Marketing Manager at our Hilden site (near Düsseldorf), your primary responsibilities will include developing, communicating, and executing regional marketing plans in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • You will play a key role in preparing for the launch of new products, driving their successful introduction to the market. Additionally, you will help ensure that overall revenue and marketing goals are met, while maintaining budget compliance and measuring the return on investment of marketing activities.
  • You will communicate, inspire, and motivate colleagues in sales, service, and other teams and provide clear direction. Furthermore, you will establish and maintain relationships with key customers, networks, and opinion leaders.
  • Monitoring market trends and the competitive landscape, as well as developing and executing regional strategies to penetrate selected customer segments, will also be part of your responsibilities.


Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a Master's degree or higher in a science-related discipline and bring 2-3 years of marketing experience in the life sciences. Equivalent sales experience will also be considered.
  • You already have experience with digital PCR and related assay technologies, and you are able to demonstrate your knowledge of marketing strategies and practices.
  • You possess the ability to manage through influence and generate enthusiasm within your stakeholder community.
  • You are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have a strong business focus, coupled with excellent communication skills.
  • You have the ability to present high-level information to diverse audiences, backed by evaluation and facts, and you bring strong organizational skills.
  • You work well both on your own and in a structured environment, with a strong team orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Full working proficiency in English is required, additional languages are advantageous
