Are you an organized and results-driven professional looking to take the next step in your career as an Operations Manager (f/m/d)? One of our venture teams is seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team and play a key role in processing and optimizing order processes and building strong supplier relationships, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage customer orders and daily communications to ensure smooth processing and on-time deliveries
- Build strong relationships with new and existing suppliers and negotiate long-term projects and purchasing contracts
- Conduct supplier audits and review projects together to enhance future outcome
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, accounting, IT) and external partners (suppliers, customers) to enhance our platform
- Well-organized and a team player with a proactive mindset
- Professional training or studies in administration or logistics (expertise in the field of customs is a plus)
- Comfortable in both English and German
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with suppliers
- Affinity to technology is a must; background in additive manufacturing and/or (traditional) manufacturing methods would be helpful
