RABOT Energy is an independent supplier of 100 % renewable energy, offering dynamic electricity tariffs to private and business customers. Our innovative approach involves just-in-time buying strategies at the energy exchange, ensuring both ecological sustainability and cost optimization for domestic charging management. By passing on exchange buying prices to our customers, we can save them up to 35 % on their electricity bills. Electric vehicle owners particularly benefit from our dynamic electricity tariff, as we have developed a smart system that signals the car when to automatically charge during periods of low electricity prices. And this is just the beginning!

Our mission is to empower every consumer to efficiently manage their energy consumption costs while safeguarding the environment and natural resources. Your Impact

  • Pesent our dynamic B2C energy products in compelling, understandable, and engaging ways that resonate with our customers, ensuring a high-converting e-commerce and checkout experience.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to craft conversion-focused customer journeys, from personalized landing pages to automated marketing workflows (using tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Use CRM tools to personalize user experiences, capture leads, and boost customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Conduct AB tests to continuously improve conversion funnels, from landing pages through to checkout, identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Leverage research and analytics to inform decisions, discover new opportunities, and prioritize initiatives that drive results.
  • Ensure all pages are optimized for search engines to boost organic visibility and attract high-quality traffic.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and high-frequency workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Key KPIs You'll Own:
    • Conversion Rate (CR1): Increase conversion into our shop and through the checkout process.
    • Conversion Rate (CR2): Optimize customer journey and funnel conversions across touchpoints.
    • Leads Collected: Maximize lead collection through tailored strategies.
    • Referrals: Strengthen our referral programs and customer advocacy initiatives.


  • E-commerce Expertise: Proven experience in optimizing e-commerce platforms, with a focus on delivering high-converting product presentations and streamlined checkout experiences.
  • CRM Knowledge: Expertise in using CRM systems to drive personalization and lead generation.
  • Agile Product Management Experience: Strong experience in agile methodologies, focusing on discovery, prioritization, delivery, and validation.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled in research, AB testing, and using data to drive decisions and growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional collaboration skills, able to work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, etc.) and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • SEO and Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices and a solid understanding of digital marketing.
  • Problem Solver: You approach challenges with a pragmatic mindset, uncovering opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Location: Be based OR be willing to relocate to Hamburg
  • Language: Fluent in German and English
