As an automotive supplier, DENSO is leading in developing and providing components and systems for heating, air conditioning, motor cooling, exhaust gas aftertreatment, automotive electrics and electronics and instrumentation.
We are looking for an experienced ERP Administrator / Application Consultant (m/f/d) (InforLN CloudSuite Automotive) for the area EU Business Operations & EU Sales Planning at our location in Eching near Munich.
As ERP Administrator / Application Consultant (m/f/d) you will take over an active role in our System Support Team. Your tasks will include:
- Consulting: Analysis of requirements and consulting of the different business units, monitoring of system-critical processes and preparation of documentation for error analysis
- Conception & Development & Optimization: Development of concepts for process optimization and their implementation, definition and conception of concrete system requirements and functional enhancements, development and support of interfaces for the integration of Infor LN and third-party systems, creation and management of software and process documentation
- Support: 1st and 2nd level user support for Infor ERP LN using a ticket system, error analysis and problem solving
- BI solutions & Reporting: Manage BI tools and support departments with reporting questions, design and implementation of complex BI solutions with a special focus on visualization, helping to shape the group-wide redevelopment of reporting in an interdisciplinary team, creation of reports and database queries from databases
- Project work in an international environment
- Education: A degree or comparable education and training with a high affinity for IT business informatics / engineering / business studies
- Professional experience:
- Operating common ERP systems, in particular InforLN CloudSuite Automotive
- Visualizing data with one or more BI reporting tools (e.g. BIRST, Power BI)
- Experience in the following areas: Ming.le, BIRST, IDM, ION Connector, Workflows
- Experience in customizing InforLN
- Knowledge:
- Relational database systems, the languages 4GL, SQLREST, SOAP, XML, XSLT and web services are no foreign words for you
- Methodology of requirements analysis and project management, test methodology and test tools
- Business processes / in-process-design, as well as understanding of technical and operational processes
- Skills:
- Logical-analytical thinking, structured approach as well as the ability to understand, analyze and communicate complex interrelationships
- Hands-on service mentality with the joy of "getting things done” and the ability to “think outside the box”
- Goal orientation and ability to prioritize, high demand on the result and quality of your own work
- Confident and competent appearance and a strong understanding of service, as well as a high degree of teamwork and communication skills
- Negotiating and rhetorical skills, initiative, empathy
- Ability to work under pressure, deal with conflict, perseverance and flexibility
- Communication: Business English spoken and written
