Your responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Strategic and operational support in all critical finance-related projects run by the FELT
  • Connecting the SVP FP&A/SVP Accounting and the respective Directs as well as Business Partners and Areas (out of Finance)
  • Coordinating efforts across various departments and teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Support the FELT in various special projects that may arise from time to time

Organisational support and Team coordination

  • Having an overview of the FELT team's objectives to assist with delivery
  • Tracking deadlines to ensure their work is on time
  • Collaborate with other members of the finance leadership team to ensure that financial activities run succesfully and financial targets are met

Communication

  • Coordinating the Communications and HR Business partners for Finance for delivering the following:
    • All Hands Finance Townhalls, FLT & FLT meetings and offsites (related to content), Key partner for the above (comms & change)
    • Act as a liasion between the FELT and the organisation, conveying the CFO's topics and priorities incl. preparation of content for all Townhall meetings and meetings to the wider organisation (for e. g. Bauer Leadership group, Future Builders, etc.)
  • Besides the dedicated work on Communication, contribute to Bauer's Executive Leadership Team by:
    • Supporting Head of Communication in preparing and following-up to Executive Leadership Team-meetings
    • Collaborating with Chief of Staffs from other ELT members and the Chief of Staff to the Executive Leadership Team

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of experience in a similar role in a financial environment
  • Experience in managing complex Finance projects across several countries
  • Proven project management skills are mandatory, SAP and S4/Hana nice to have
  • Mandatory requirement of high level of discretion and to keep certain information confidential
  • Ability to communicate successfully with different stakeholders
  • Ability to motivate team members and achieve results in a matrix organisation
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
