About the Job
DEIF A/S is a global leader in power management solutions, committed to innovation and sustainability. As our new Product Business Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our product packages align with our business strategy and goals. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, and Business Development to ensure that our product offerings meet market demands and drive profitability. You will also be responsible for market analysis, identifying opportunities for product development, and guiding the full product lifecycle, from concept to market launch.

  • Responsible for the growth and profitability of your assigned market segments
  • Investigate market trends and customer needs, translating insights into actionable roadmaps and R&D initiatives
  • Set growth targets in collaboration with Sales and Strategic Business Development, and lead action plans to meet these targets
  • Manage product packages throughout their lifecycle, from concept development to market launch and beyond
  • Create business cases for market requirements and pass on to the Technical Product Management team for validation and approval at management level
  • Participate in industry events, conferences and customers visits to represent DEIF and share knowledge

  • A degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field, with a strong understanding of technical and commercial aspects of the power generation industry
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales or Product Management in the power generation industry or a similar industrial market environment
  • Experience in market intelligence, marketing strategy, and commercial data analysis
  • Proven track record in developing customer value propositions and leading product strategies in an international scope
  • Advanced communication skills and the ability to work within a matrix organization with diverse cultural backgrounds.
