Our investment banking division Client Solutions serves all our regions and is comprised of three excellent product factories: Corporate Solutions delivers tailored solutions in advisory, financing, risk management, trade and working capital for our corporate clients; Individual Solutions ensures a rich offering of investment and protection products for individuals; whilst Group Payments Solutions supports corporates, financial institutions, and individual customers in all their payments and liquidity management needs.
The Loans Agency Team is part of Debt Market, a product unit at the core of UniCredit's Advisory & Financing Solutions business within Client Solutions. Loans Agency (“Agency”) provides pre- and post-signing support for syndicated facilities. The role of Agency is to provide a smooth interface between the administration teams and account officers (originators) pre-syndication and to be the main contact for the participant banks. The Agent acts as a point of contact with all parties to the agreement, managing tasks and duties as required by the agreement, acting as a post box, postman and record keeper and finally acting as a paying agent for all payments made under the loan agreement. In addition, Agency can also play the role of Security Agent, keeping securities on behalf of the syndicate.

Tasks and responsibilities as a Trainee in the Loans Agency team include:
- Become the reference point for a portfolio of selected customers
- Support senior colleagues in preparing quotes for new customers
- Get familiar with LMA standard documentation
- Interact with Loans Operation in order to grant a smooth payment flow
- Execute waivers and transfer requests
- Update monthly and ad hoc reporting for the management

You also match with the following requirements:
- You are in the final stages of your master's degree in business administration, finance or economics with good/very good academic results (MBA, CFA is a plus), or have completed your studies within the last 2 years.
- Preferably prior experience in investment banking and/or consulting, ideally in Structured /Leveraged / Project Finance
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on-time & on-quality (Failure free)
- Confident and assertive conduct vis-à-vis clients & partners
- Willing to accept and master new challenges regularly
- Hard-working and motivated to "make a difference"
- Strong team player
- Strong analytical, corporate finance & accounting skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (esp. Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Fluent German & English skills plus preferably one additional European language
