    As the Head of Leadership Development, you will play a key role in translating our sCore strategy into impactful learning solutions that develop effective leaders and build a robust talent pipeline. Your work will directly shape the future of our leaders and contribute to a unified leadership culture at METRO through international talent development programs and global leadership initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive Global Leadership Initiatives: Develop and implement leadership programs, including the Women Leadership Development Program and coordinate Leadership Success Factors implementation.
    • Align Leadership Content: Ensure all programs reflect METRO Leadership Success Factors and current business needs.
    • Measure Impact: Establish and apply KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness.
    • Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with senior leaders throughout global organization to ensure buy-in and alignment.
    • Manage Resources: Oversee budgets and select external partners to enhance program delivery.

    Skills:

    • Expertise in Leadership Development: Mastery in the latest leadership development models and professional learning methods.
    • Strategic Mindset: Ability to connect business challenges with learning/talent development solutions.
    • Innovative Thinking: Creative and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-Organization: Strong self-management and organizational skills.

    • Master's degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5-10 years of experience in developing and managing leadership programs.
    • Proven expertise in leadership development, adult learning methods, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
