Arethia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Management & Acquisition Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our talent acquisition strategy for senior and executive roles, while also leading talent management initiatives to structure and grow high-performing teams. You will report to our Head of People & Culture and work closely with our CEO as your main hiring manager. In this role, you will be the driving force for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management topics in both Germany and Switzerland, while supporting our office in Dubai and Indonesia where needed.
Talent Management & Acquisition Lead

Your mission as Talent Management & Acquisition Lead is to recruit top talent for senior and executive positions, while implementing effective talent management strategies that support our organizational growth and development. This role will play a key part in shaping our future teams, making sure we build robust teams that help us achieve our ambitious growth plans and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Executive Recruitment: Develop and execute strategies to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent for senior and executive roles.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including executive search firms, professional networks, and social media platforms to find the best candidates.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to inform talent decisions, track key metrics, and drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition and management processes.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management to ensure Arethia remains competitive in the talent market.
- Talent Management
- Team Planning: Work with department heads to understand business needs and develop strategic workforce plans to structure and grow teams effectively.
- Talent Development: Implement programs and initiatives for leadership development, succession planning, and employee career growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition and talent management
- Proven track record in recruiting senior and executive-level talent.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.
- Affinity for technology & proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently and idiomatically
