About the role:
The Supply Chain Coordinator (m/w/d) is deeply involved in the steps that comprise the supply chain process: planning, manufacturing, inventory, logistics and distribution (“spider in the web”). This process includes local and global communication and alignment with third party companies. Goal is to have control over every step in the process and to make sure that the supply chain is efficient, on time and cost effective.
  • Finished Goods Forecasting & Inventory Management: Align on stock levels monthly/quarterly/yearly closing bookings in alignment with Accounting Dept.
  • Finished Goods European Production: Planning for compounders, follow-up on releases and bookings in close cooperation with external compounders.
  • Raw Material Management: Forecasting, purchasing, inventory management of broad-range portfolio.
  • Operational Logistics: Solve hiccups in daily global operations and optimize the process.
  • External services with logistics partners.
  • Support logistics projects related to e.g. production, purchasing, transport with statistics etc.
  • Administration: Material Master registration and maintenance, complaint handling, return shipments, test bookings etc.
  • Internal Alignment: Acting as a communication link between production, purchasing, customer service, logistics, third parties and account managers as well as the Technical Center.

  • Experience in Supply Chain, logistics, purchasing, transport and inventory
  • Knowledge of production processes and planning
  • Strong affinity with (logistical) software systems
  • SAP experience in MM and SD module
  • Language skills: English and German
  • Be flexible, stress resistant, communicative, pro-active, result driven and able to cope with deadlines
  • Be a team player who can stimulate the other team members incl. different cultures
