To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Project Manager (m/f/d)
in fulltime and unlimited for our European Headquarter in Düsseldorf.
- Supporting strategic initiatives and international projects on behalf of the President EU
- Preparing and moderating key executive-/shareholder level meetings to advance JHEU strategy
- Preparing evaluations and guide senior leadership through decision-making processes
- Provide insights into market trends and developments through research
- Drive strategy development activities and implementation together with senior leadership
- Manage projects in Europe, provide framework/templates for projects, create monthly dashboards with project status
- Being part of the PMO in Europe
smart? You have a Master's or related degree in science and engineering fields or Business Administration. An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is also highly desirable but not required. You are PMP certified and have 5+ years of experience in a mix of consulting/industry roles, preferably in a larger international group.
driven? Standing still is a foreign word for you. Your high level of self-motivation drives you and you have demonstrated leadership skills as well as the ability in guiding indirect reports to effectively accomplish performance goals in project organizations. You have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments while meeting deadlines and demanding quality execution within group reporting requirements.
real? You have strong interpersonal communication skills as well as good presentation skills with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals. Very good German and English language skills are mandatory as well as advanced Excel and PPT skills. On top of that, you have advanced decision-making skills regarding policies, process flows and issue resolution. Commitment to the corporate culture, vision, mission and values are natural for you.
