- You are responsible for the overall management of the division with around 25 employees in 4 teams
- You will be a coach and leader of personnel-, motivation- and development meetings
- You are in charge of preparing and adhering to cost and investment planning
- Networking and close interdisciplinary cooperation with the other business units and partners is one of your tasks
- You will have overall responsibility for application management to implement efficient, reliable and cost-effective applications that enable Toi Toi & Dixi to achieve its business objectives by ensuring that the required functionality is in place and that any technical issues are diagnosed and resolved in a prompt manner
- Active participation in the design of strategic business areas and the development of guidelines and innovations is one of your responsibilities
- You report directly to the CIO
- You have a relevant professional qualification in the technical/commercial sector
- You have several years of experience in managing and developing employees as well as in building and actively shaping customer relationships
- As an experienced manager, you know how to manage and optimize processes efficiently and how to challenge and encourage your employees at different hierarchical levels
- You have knowledge of projects and common methods in the field of software development
- Your personality is inspiring, resilient and communicative with an analytical, entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset
- You are characterized by strong self-management skills and decisiveness
- A high level of commitment and a sense of responsibility as well as good communication skills are among your strengths
- You have a high degree of resilience as well as a high degree of integrity and reliability
- You are flexible and willing to travel occasionally
- Your English and German language skills are very good
