Hankook Tire Europe GmbH is searching for EDI Specialist (m/w/d)
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of EDI systems
- Develop, process, and troubleshoot EDI messages to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless EDI operations
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to EDI transactions
- Support the EDI team in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems
- Document procedures and create reports to assist management in decision-making and process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working with EDI systems
- Proficiency with EDI Converter systems
- In-depth knowledge of EDI message formats such as EDIFACT, VDA, XML, and JSON
- Familiarity with file transfer methods including FTP, sFTP, AS2, and OFTP2
- Experience in Linux server setup and command-line operations
- Experience in setting up and developing APIs (web services) is a plus
- Experience in SAP program development is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
