- You will drive the strategic roadmap for our GenAI applications and orchestrate cross-functional initiatives between product, go-to-market, strategy and development teams to maximize impact and accelerate growth.
- You will work closely with the sales and development teams to prioritize value and impact and coordinate our efforts to create exceptional products and user experiences that exceed expectations.
- You are responsible for the strategy for apps by developing and prioritising new features with customers.
- You use customer analysis and interviews to determine the needs of our users and translate these into clear requirements for the product.
- You regularly communicate with external stakeholders and understand their requirements, which you translate into well thought-out and feasible product development tasks and user stories.
- Together with the development team, you plan sprints, prepare the backlog and prioritise tasks to ensure a successful and on-time product launch.
- You are responsible for developing and continuously updating the product roadmap. You plan the functional and technical development steps and adapt them to the growing market requirements.
- You communicate the roadmap and progress to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
- Actively contribute to preparing the groundwork for product launch and commercialisation by working closely with Sales.
- You will work closely with the Head of Development to ensure that the product vision is technically feasible and rely on data-driven decisions to make informed product decisions.
- You completed a degree in technology, e.g. business informatics, industrial engineering or a STEM subject, or a comparable qualification.
- You already have several years of experience in the strategic and operational management of projects.
- You have initial experience with generative AI and good knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python or Java.
- You have sound experience with agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
- You have very good knowledge of German and English.
