Our Homogenization team is open-minded and dynamic. As a member of this department, your tasks will include the following:
- Maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Homogenization of the samples. (Most of our samples are fruit and vegetables).
- Organizing and managing the storage of samples and waste.
- Implementation of quality assurance measures.
- Participating in the improvement, development and validation of methods.
- Training of new employees, students or interns, if necessary.
A successful applicant must fulfill the following requirements:
- At least a secondary school leaving certificate.
- Intercultural competence and a good command of English are required. Additional knowledge of German or Spanish will be given preference.
- Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills (empathetic listening and conveying messages).
- Enjoyment of hands-on work.
- A solution-oriented way of tackling problems.
- Legal permission to work in Germany or the European Union.
- Willingness to work in our laboratory in Kleinmachnow (Berlin-Brandenburg).
