  • Performing the owner function as a central contact person with property management and performance responsibility for high-profile commercial properties
  • Main responsibility for letting activities for existing properties and as part of project developments
  • Proactive asset management in the independent implementation of the strategic guidelines of portfolio management
  • Participation in acquisition strategy and preparation of feasibility analyses
  • Development and realization of value-oriented asset strategies, such as space conception in new construction, repositioning, marketing concept, letting strategy, etc.
  • Support for transactions, due diligence processes and real estate valuations
  • Preparation and controlling of business plans and budgets at property and portfolio level as well as monitoring and controlling of property performance and risk position
  • Supporting maintenance and modernization projects
  • Conducting contract negotiations with service providers, commissioning, contract controlling, acceptance and managing brokers and property management


  • Training or studies with a focus on real estate management or additional specialist qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in portfolio management and letting commercial real estate
  • Strong regional network of brokers, companies and service providers
  • Pronounced analytical thinking and acting as well as strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and negotiating skills
  • Structured, independent, committed and team-oriented way of working
  • Confident knowledge of German and good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office, ERP and document management
