We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our Global People Analytics Team in the area of People & Culture (P&C) at Nordex Group. As a working student, you will be responsible for supporting our team in various tasks related to people analytics on a global level.

  • Collect and analyze P&C metrics
  • Develop and maintain P&C dashboards
  • Support P&C colleagues and business partners with data and insights
  • Optimize and automate existing reporting landscape
  • Analyze and visualize data for different stakeholders (e.g. management, board)
  • Assist in data governance
  • Support annual budget planning and tracking


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and SuccessFactors is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
