These tasks await you:

  • Representation of quality interests in the overall project and ensuring the achievement of our quality goals
  • Continuous evaluation and transparent presentation of the project readiness level in all phases of the development process, including the coordination of KPIs, milestones and product-gate evaluations
  • Organization and control of committees, such as the maturity working group, maturity project weeks and pit stops
  • Active control of the quality approval process with the aim of a customer-friendly and timely quality release
  • Control of maturity-critical issues by deriving measures together with our project partners
  • Close cooperation with the project partners from development, start-up factory, production, supplier quality and sales as well as the respective internal quality partners (project manager quality technology, plant quality management)
  • Transparent preparation of the cross-project maturity level through early management of all project areas as well as quality departments in the relevant committees
  • Development of new cross-sectoral quality methods and procedures based on the experience gaine
  • Cross-functional and cross-departmental management of projects with different project partners

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed studies in a technical course of study (mechanical engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, or similar)
  • High affinity for vehicles and in-depth understanding of technical components and systems
  • Experience in project management and/or maturity and quality management
  • Strong problem-solving skills & ability to quickly understand complex situations
