Leading further development and driving the implementation of changes in governance frameworks within vendor management Organising and conducting workshops focussed on strategy development and the implementation of governance frameworks Working closely with cross-functional teams to refine and adjust governance frameworks to meet changing business needs Chairing, administering and coordinating governance meetings, including documenting and communicating agendas, minutes, and action items Providing support on escalations, service level agreements (SLAs), and other issues related to (strategic) vendor management Your Profile What you bring with you. Degree or similar qualification, as well as experience in a comparable position that provides you with a solid understanding Initial professional experience in IT procurement or project management, governance, or similar professional work experiences in related fields Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly Business-fluent in English Desirable extras. Experience in IT projects or management consulting Previous experience in vendor management in one or more areas, such as contract negotiation, performance management, and escalation handling German or additional languages are a plus Experience in ServiceNow and Tableau Our Benefits What you will get in return.
