Project Manager – Gypsum Recycling (m/f/d)


  • You will lead and coordinate projects within the Gypsum Recycling Competence Center, evaluating different value chains and supporting the development of business cases in preparation for investment decisions
  • Ensuring the safety of yourself and others by following company health and safety procedures is essential for successfully performing the role
  • You will travel and communicate with our business units and country organizations across Europe to support local recycling projects and new collaborations
  • Compliance with country-specific environmental legislation will be part of your responsibilities
  • You will improve and maintain existing circular economy activities in gypsum recycling


  • You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Fluency in English is essential and knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in building materials and/or project management is required as well familiarity with SAP would be beneficial
  • You have a strong understanding of recycling processes and environmental legislations
  • Excellent communication skills are part of your repertoire, allowing you to liaise with multiple departments at all levels
