Our Biomethane & eFuels Team is looking for You!
- Support the growth of Uniper's biomethane business by identifying and implementing new strategic initiatives and opportunities across Europe such as diversifying sourcing portfolio
- Develop Uniper's understanding of the value of the different biomethane qualities based on origin, feedstock in the different demand segments: road transport, heating (GEG), power generation (EEG) and maritime and voluntary
- Understand key value drivers and risks of the different demand segments to support the growth of the portfolio in Germany and other European countries
- Source and structure business opportunities in this area
- Support in contract negotiations both short-term and long-term contracts, (offer preparation, contract preparation and documentation), with biomethane producers, traders and brokers
- GHG quota trading including setting-up the interface to producers and traders as well as UES counterparties
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external key stakeholders across our projects and partnerships
- Further develop analysis and reporting tools and work processes
- Profound knowledge of energy commodities business
- University education
- Commercial thinking (spot opportunities with the aim to create value)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Very good communication and language skills including German
- Highly motivated, innovative, out of the box thinking team player
