  • During four placements (two of which abroad) that are individually tailored to your profile, you will establish an international network and get in-depth insights into projects, strategies and culture.
  • Short-term placements within Production, Dealerships and Customer Service will help you expand your holistic view while seeing the world with the eyes of our customers.

What topics can you expect?

  • As part of our highly qualified and appreciative team, you will dive into one specific area within the field of e-mobility and innovative powertrains. Together with you and depending on your interest and skills, we will select the field of work which suits you best – from E-mobility to Battery Cells or High-voltage Storage.
  • Taking responsibility as of day one, you will be dealing with a wide range of tasks around innovative technologies shaping the future of mobility sustainably with your team.
  • Again, depending on your personal background, you will work on complex topics in areas such as Technology Development, Production and Process Planning or Material Science for E-Mobility.
  • This means, you are involved in developing the next generation of vehicles – from plug-in hybrids to electric motors while driving digitalisation around the vehicle forward.
  • You may also supervise projects in fields such as ​​Battery Research or Digitalisation.
  • Further, you may be involved in testing new components in the early development phases of a vehicle.

  • An above-average degree in Chemistry, Electrical or Chemical Engineering, (Business) Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, E-Mobility, Production Technology, Material Science or similar.
  • Six months of relevant practical experience in an environment close to one of the fields of work above.
  • At least four months of studying, working or travelling abroad.
