Acting as a Human Resources Business Partner, you proactively support the countries' leadership team, to ensure that both organization and employees perform and grow in accordance with the business strategy of the cluster.

Working closely with the European HR teams in a network/collaborative approach, the main missions of the position are:

  • Build the cluster HR roadmap in collaboration with the Cluster Director and the HR Director Europe, aligning HR strategies with the overall business goals and objectives of the organization. Implement it into applicable action plans,

  • Leading and supporting the implementation of organizational transformations to keep the company competitive and prepare for future challenges,

  • With the support of your team, lead operational HR activities/processes, with a special care about candidate and employee experience and in accordance with the local policies and employment legislations (recruitment, induction, people management/retention, people development/career path, diversity, work relationships & unions, internal communication, labour law, etc.),

  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of key HR issues and methods while coaching and training managers and staff in key areas to ensure HR decisions are strategic and forward thinking,

  • Develop empowerment, employee engagement, delegation, innovation through the right leadership culture,

  • Strictly monitor the payroll and FTE evolutions while rewarding performance and ensuring fairness and equality in the countries,

  • Analysing and interpreting HR data to make informed decisions and strategic recommendations to achieve business goals

  • Direct the design and implementation of human resource development programs for the cluster in conjunction with the HR Director Europe with a focus on employer branding strategy to reinforce the feeling of belonging to the company and the company attractiveness,

  • Support acquisitions, especially in terms of cultural change, organizational synergies, key people retention ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of the merged entities.


  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with leadership assignments at country level and with working experience in multicultural/international organization.

  • You have demonstrated that you combine strategic vision, very good knowledge of our business/roles and ability to execute.

  • You love handling both the strategic and operational dimensions of your role.

  • You know how to federate and influence a heterogeneous ecosystem.

  • Fluent English.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset. Teamwork spirit.

  • This position involves regular travel in several European countries including the Netherlands.
