Develop your individual Journey of Growth:
- Within 12 months, you complete various project assignments at home and abroad which are tailored to your personal profile and ambition for the future

As a Trainee in “Electric Drive” at Mercedes-Benz, you will join an enthusiastic team dedicated to redefine the boundaries of electromobility. Your mission is to advance the Mercedes' way of all electric driving. Your role encompasses the development of drive train components – from pre-development concepts to series launch and support. You will gain deep insights into the world of the driving functions of the electric drive unit and work at the intersection of soft- and hardware. Your technical and analytical know-how as well as your pioneering spirit will help make the vision of a sustainable, emission-free future a reality.
Here is your opportunity to gain an exceptionally broad software knowledge in the heart of the electric drive, the electric drive unit, with its intricate inverter functionalities. Qualifications:
- An above-average degree (bachelor, master, MBA or doctorate) in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Systems or comparable course of study
- Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)
- At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)
- Excellent knowledge of English - good German language skills are an advantage
- Affinity and enthusiasm for digital technologies and trends
- Social commitment is preferred
- You are ready to drive the transformation forward at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility
- You are open and communicative and have very good analytical skills
- You are a team player and can motivate others
