As a Trainee in “Digital Production Engineering” at Mercedes-Benz, you will be integral to the digitization of processes and products within our esteemed assembly lines in Sindelfingen. Your role will be crucial in actualizing our firm commitment to the efficient and digital industrialization and introduction of complex products, reflecting our ambitious and deliverable goals. You will be instrumental in driving "Operational Excellence," aiming to elevate production performance by seamlessly integrating new model derivatives without delay. You will engage with comprehensive project charters and a clear KPI framework, employing digital tools to oversee and gauge production metrics.
- An above-average degree (bachelor, master, MBA or doctorate) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Informatics, Systems Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a comparable course of study
- Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)
- At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)
- Affinity and enthusiasm for digital technologies and trends
- Social commitment is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of English; good German language skills are an advantage
- You are ready to drive the transformation forward at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility.
- You are open and communicative and have very good analytical skills.
- You are a team player and can motivate others.
