TT-Line is one of the leading ferry companies in the Baltic Sea, using modern ferries between Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Sweden. TT-Line carries over 1,000,000 passengers and more than 500,000 freight units annually on its 4 routes, making it the market leader in southern Sweden traffic. TT-Line currently employs around 900 people on board and in the land offices in Travemünde, Rostock, Trelleborg, Karlshamn, Świnoujście / Szczecin and Klaipėda.
To strengthen our team, we are looking at our location in Travemünde as soon as possible for a:
(Junior) Sales & Marketing Manager (m/f/d)- Sales of tourist services, preparation of offers and calculation of prices
- Copywriting and project coordination for advertisements and other promotional materials online & offline
- Support and interface to cooperation partners and service agencies
- Creation of newsletters
- Creation of analyzes and statistics
- Collaboration in complaint management / customer service
- Participation in marketing and social media activities
- Website maintenance
- Independent project work
- Participation in trade fairs
- General sales and marketing activities
- University degree or graduation as a tourism or hotel specialist or similar qualification
- Flexibility, openness, the ability to work in a team and service orientation
- Strong communication skills and a confident, binding demeanor
- Success-oriented, structured and independent work
- Very good MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Readiness to travel
- Driving license
- Advantageous: experience in sales, marketing (especially in the tourism industry) and in dealing with CMS and newsletter tools
