- You support the common Group strategy for the Engineering Platform (including PLM and CAD systems) by the execution of assigned projects and tasks
- You collect, inventorize, harmonize and prioritize the requirements from the Business Units and translate them into user stories
- You lead a multidisciplinary team (domain experts and software developers) within the assigned projects, review and actively contribute to the development of optimal procedures and techniques to achieve the project goals, tasks, timelines, and milestones
- You setup and manage the delivery plans that are aligned with the Group Platform Engineering Manager in relation to the project
- You directly contribute to the execution of the stage gate process, as per company procedure on the assigned projects
- You execute projects relying on Agile and Scrum ensuring the control of resources, quality, scope, and budget of the projects
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of transformers
- You have completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
- You possess advanced knowledge in project management and experience in mechanical transformer design
- You have user knowledge regarding Scrum method
- You have expert knowledge in common engineering tools like Solid Edge, Siemens NX and Solid Works
- You have user knowledge in the area of .NET programming
- You bring very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
