Business Unit & Produktions-Controller (m/w/d)
Ansprechpartner für das Management des Geschäftsbereichs / Business Unit mit aktiver zahlenmäßiger Steuerung
Ganzheitliches aktives Controlling Management inkl. Vertriebs- und Produktionscontrolling
Werkscontrolling der Cherry Produktionsstandorte in Deutschland und Koordination mit den Auslandswerken (China)
Kalkulationen von Herstellkosten für Fertigerzeugnisse, Neuprodukte und Entwicklungsprojekte
Capital Asset Allocation (ROCE) anhand Discounted Cashflow Berechnungen
Koordinieren und Erstellen von integrierten Planungen und Szenarien (Bilanz, GuV und CF), Forecasts sowie die Erstellung des mtl. Berichtswesens inkl. wesentlicher KPI´s für die Business Unit
Koordinieren, Steuern und Durchführen des operativen Cost-Management- & Produktions-Prozess-Optimierungen
Betreuen und Optimieren der vorhandenen Controllinginstrumente und -tools
Durchführen periodischer Abweichungsanalysen, sowie Durchführen / Koordinieren der Erstellung und Verfolgung von operativen und strategischen Maßnahmeplänen
Unterstützung bei M&A Transaktionen
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder vergleichbares Studium bzw. Industrie-Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt betriebliches Rechnungswesen
Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche und kaufmännische Kenntnisse
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Produktionscontroller idealerweise in internationalen Industrie-Unternehmen
Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (SAP FI/CO, SAP BYD wünschenswert) sowie BI basierten Dashboards und DWH Analysen
Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Gute Teamfähigkeit sowohl im fachlichen Austausch mit FI/CO-Team als auch mit den Stakeholdern der BU & Werke
Gutes analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte, proaktive selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Gute Englische Sprachkenntnisse
