  • This senior role ensures strong understanding, financial planning, analysis and reporting throughout the BayWa r.e. AG / Holding and BayWa r.e. Group
  • You will be a valued Business Partner within the BayWa r.e. Group across all hierarchy levels, businesses and countries
  • You can expect a mix of holding related and global activities with an exciting and challenging combination of monthly and ad hoc tasks
  • You will be part of a dynamic team and shape your share in the area of Finance & Controlling

  • You analyse actual financials, frame recommendations, provide inputs to business and be part of the overall Performance Management and Reporting process
  • You lead analysis, prepare reports and presentations for the Management Board as well as oversee the forecasting & planning processes of the Corporate Functions and lead the month-end reporting of the BayWa r.e. AG / Holding
  • You enhance the cost transparency and cost effectiveness measurement and establish common cost centers and cost types throughout the BayWa r.e. Group
  • You test impairments of investments and loans of the BayWa r.e. AG / Holding and support with the yearly financial statements (HGB) of the BayWa r.e. AG Holding
  • You provide input for global decision making and global policies and continuously improve processes and various Group systems (SAPS/4Hana, SAP FC, Tagetik, Workday)
  • You optimise processes, documentation and structures and participate in shaping the Finance and Controlling transformation

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or similar
  • 5+ years' post qualification experience in a senior controlling role, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) or similar role
  • Experience in integrated financial planning (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) and flexible to work with ERP, BI large data
  • Strong ability to implement and monitor internal controls as well as creative reporting capability and profound MS Excel and PPT skills - modeling skills are a plus
  • Good communicator and team player with effective project management skills and the flexibility to take over new analysis and tasks
  • Fluent in German & English
