Our Corporate Messaging & Renewables team is looking for YOU!

  • Enhance Uniper's reputation with key stakeholders, based on Uniper's strategy in the field of Renewable Energies
  • Conception, planning as well as control and implementation of the cross-channel marketing/communication strategy
  • Target group-specific communication/marketing of projects and references on the relevant communication channels
  • Planning, organisation and implementation of trade fairs, congresses and external as well as internal events
  • Developing and creating content and media formats for various digital channels, including website, social media, videos, mailings and blog posts
  • Design of marketing material (brochures, flyers, etc.)
  • Creation of annual marketing plans, including continuous monitoring and performance measurement of all marketing measures
  • Budget planning and controlling as well as steering agencies
  • Competitive analysis, observation of market trends
  • Direct exchange with colleagues at Uniper Renewables in order to proactively push communication events and content
  • "Hands on" attitude regarding the implementation and creation of communication formats
  • Preparation of key messages and Q&A and briefing documents, e.g. for press events


  • 3-5 years of work experience in marketing departments, preferably in the energy sector or a related industry in an international context
  • Successfully completed university studies, preferably in the field of marketing, event management, communications, journalism or a comparable qualification
  • Strong verbal and writing skills in both German and English - stylistically confident and able to present complex energy industry and policy issues in a target-group appropriate and understandable way
  • Experience in defining and implementing communication strategies at national and international level on a wide range of financial, strategic and policy issues
  • Strong understanding of integrated communications and experience with news desks
  • Experience in managing complex projects (interdisciplinary and international)
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office and ideally also of the usual layout and graphics programmes such as Adobe InDesign.
  • Very good communication skills in both German and English, in particular very good writing skills in both languages
  • High level of self-motivation, flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to travel
