Recor is looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant. The primary focus of this role is the administrative support of all marketing activities, from managing the different marketing material with its distribution to the field team to the support of internal or external events according to the internal approval and procurement processes.
This role will also closely work and communicate with the Commercial EMEA Team, the Global Marketing team, Legal, Accounting and Compliance.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support for the organization and coordination of marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, symposia, customer events and trainings in the EMEA region according to the approval and compliance requirements
  • Provide general administrative support, which can include answering phone calls, sorting mail, and arranging appointments, obtaining offers, creation of purchase orders
  • Communicate and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Calculation, processing, accounting and project-related budget control
  • Assisting with promotional activities
  • Research and evaluation of new locations
  • Responsible for participant management
  • Organization of promotional materials and dispatch of marketing material for the field team
  • Assist with maintaining and developing databases and material lists
  • Support the marketing department´s initiatives with planning, executing and tracking of marketing programs
  • Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes
  • Administrative support for VP Therapy Development
  • Support in customer service


  • Completed business training
  • Professional experience in a comparable position is desirable, but not a requirement.
