  • Advise on all legal sustainability issues (e.g. LkSG, CSRD, CSDDD)
  • Monitoring all European sustainability driven legislative projects and communicating them to the relevant departments and the Executive Board
  • Supporting PUMA's sustainability organization from a legal perspective, amongst others in preparing the meetings of the Sustainability Committee of the Supervisory Board
  • Providing legal advice in the preparation of the sustainability reporting
  • As part of the compliance department, advise on all other compliance issues in the risk areas of bribery/corruption, conflicts of interest, business partner, anti-money laundering, sanctions law
  • Monitoring legal developments in all key areas of the compliance organization and their internal communication
  • Commissioning, coordination and management of external legal advisors


  • Fully qualified lawyer under German law (Volljurist*in)
  • About 4-6 years professional experience in an international company or international law firm
  • Relevant work experience in the field of ESG (and preferably in general Compliance)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well
  • Excellent team player, who enjoys working in diverse teams and in an international environment with different departments
  • Assertiveness, good business understanding with a sense of pragmatism and can-do attitude
  • This opportunity will be available in full time or part time
