- Provides business analysis for B+L Global Operations to identify key variances, drivers and action plans
- Provides high quality financial analysis and collects international input to explain monthly/quarterly results to international and senior corporate leaders
- Supports the annual budget and forecasting process for production costs of internal manufacturing sites and external suppliers
- Identifies opportunities for improvements of planning, forecasting and analysis
- Supports the setup and testing of product costs during the ongoing SAP implementation
- Maintains a strong relationship and collaborates with international Finance departments
- Reviews and implements corporate policies and procedures
- Optimizes existing and develops new reporting/planning tools and processes
- Degree in business administration with specialization in Finance
- At least 5 years experience in Finance or consulting in an international environment
- Fluency in German and English, both oral and written communication
- Knowledge in Oracle HFM/PeopleSoft, SAP, MS PowerBI or other financial reporting tools
- Highly skilled at coordinating information resources and problem solving
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- A “can do” attitude and initiative to take ownership and drive projects
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking
