Senior Associate (m/f/d) - Transfer Pricing

The Chairman's Office Europe and North Africa (COE) is supporting and coordinating our operating units, R&D centres, and representative offices across Europe and North Africa with corporate functions and services. Given our fast growth, we are constantly looking for talented new colleagues to become part of our team.


  • Preparation of transfer pricing documentation (Local Files) for group companies
  • Supporting the maintenance and further development of the transfer pricing system in the group
  • Conducting arm's length analysis related to tangible, intangible, financial and services intra-group transactions to plan, implement and defend the transfer pricing system
  • Supporting business reorganization / restructuring projects from a tax transfer pricing perspective

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in transfer pricing, preferably at a Big4 company or a big multinational group
  • Good business, economic and tax understanding of cross-border relationships within a multinational group
  • Good knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines
  • Experience in the German transfer pricing regulations and German administrative principles is advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Tools
  • A quick comprehension and networked thinking
  • Fluent English; good German language skill is advantageous
