Für unser Delivery Station Team und zur Unterstützung unserer Personalabteilung, suchen wir einen Team Assistant (w/m/d).


As an HR Assistant, you'll collaborate with leaders on projects to create an appealing work environment. Handling onboarding, self-service tools, and time/attendance tasks, you'll use dashboards to generate reports for managers. You'll also plan initiatives to promote employee wellbeing and review business processes for compliance with data protection, labor laws, and HR best practices.

A day in the life
As an HR Assistant, you'll work on-site, collaborating directly with logistics teams. Depending on location, you'll alternate with HR assistant colleagues. An on-site HR contact is available to answer employee questions. Your tasks include tracking HR processes, supporting team leaders on employee motivation projects, gathering feedback, and promoting new initiatives. You'll help create an inclusive environment where employees feel comfortable raising HR concerns.

  • Experience in human resources
  • Experience with customer service
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • High school or equivalent
  • Experience in confidential environments
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in German
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with instructing new employees and the associated administrative tasks
  • Basic experience with work in connection with employment law and HR/payroll practice
